From the guy with the beard, “You want this”- I needed to get this conditioner because I already had the beard jelly. The combo of the two in moderation has proven to be very beneficial to my beard and it’s growth. I have used other oils and haven’t had the results I get with the Bossman Beard Jelly and Conditioner. I work in harsh conditions and typically plays havoc on my beard, but using the jelly and conditioner in moderation has helped grow stronger thicker hairs, I haven’t seen a split end in a few weeks now, I am very impressed.

Not bad, but hasn't really a huge impact on my beard

This is the first real beard conditioner I've used, so I don't have much of a frame of reference for other higher-end beard conditioners. It seems to work OK, definitely better than nothing and better than the all natural head hair conditioner that I was using. It's definitely not hurting my beard and I'm sure is helping a little, but my beard isn't coming out of the shower noticeably softer/moisturized. Although unscented there's definitely a "natural" or cardboard-y type smell when using, but it doesn't last once it's rinsed. I'd prefer that over a super strong cologne-type smell that I don't like that would hang around, so no issues there. The 3-bottle price was good as well with the initial discount, so value-wise I think it worked out.
